Warranty Coverage
This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser or user and is non-transferable. Each product lists their respective warranty period. 

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages, lost or misplaced parts, or resulting from:

  • Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accident
  • Unauthorized modifications and/or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by a third-party
  • Used or refurbished products
  • Freight forwarding

Any attempt to repair all Camco Manufacturing products, including but not limited to Black Boar, Camco, and Power Grip products, by an unauthorized and/or unapproved person and/or company will void this warranty.

Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide the date of purchase, the place of purchase, and documented proof of purchase. One must contact our customer service team within the documented warranty period.

BlackBoarATV.com reserves the right to request additional information or evidence to validate the warranty claim.

Warranty claims will be evaluated and processed in accordance with our warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty Remedies
If a defect arises during the warranty period and is covered by the established defined warranty, Black Boar ATV will, at its discretion, either provide components for repair (if applicable) or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished equivalent.

The warranty remedies provided herein are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the purchaser or user.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Black Boar ATV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including, but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Black Boar ATV's liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective products as provided herein.

Changes to the Warranty Policy
Black Boar ATV reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be posted on our website with the effective date of the changes.
