Shipping Rates listed apply only to the contiguous 48 states.
Please contact us directly for quotes on items shipping to: Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
Items will ship 5-10 business days after order is placed. We ship UPS Ground, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical street address. Tracking numbers will be emailed when your order is shipped. You may call or email customer service to check shipping status.
Yes, we will ship to Canada. Please note that Canadian Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes and brokerage fees, which are added once the shipment reaches the border. Any additional charges for these duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what they might be.
If your item is on backorder, we will call or e-mail you with an expected ship date. You may decide to stay on a backorder list or you may have a full refund.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not accept COD or collect freight packages, all returns must be shipped prepaid. Credit Card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Canceling or Making Changes to your Order:
Please call us within 24 hours of placing an order to cancel or make changes to your order. We ship promptly and if your order has already shipped, you will have to contact us after you have received the product for a Return Authorization Number.
